開南大學秘書室 Office of Secretariat

The Office of the Secretariat has two divisions, the Administration and the Public Relations division.  Dr. Hsiao-Chin Lan, who is the secretary-general, and five senior clerks undertake business in the office.  The office is responsible for communication and coordination among school units, supporting business about the academic and administrative affairs.  To create favorable working environment accordingly, the office also aims to enhance performance and effectiveness of the administrative operation of the school.
